1. Nature of Services
Website design, social media management, SEO and other digital marketing services are fully customized and developed according to the specific needs of the client. Therefore, refunds may not be possible for cancellations made after the service has started or for completed services.
2. Refund and Return Conditions
a. Pre-Start Cancellations: Regarding our services, in case of cancellations made before the start date, if the contract has been signed but the work on the project has not started, the full fee paid will be refunded.
b. Post-Initiation Cancellations: For cancellations made after the start of work on the project, the refund policy is determined according to the stage of the project and the amount of work completed:
- If 50% of the project is not completed, 50% of the payments can be refunded.
- If 50% or more of the project is completed, the payment is non-refundable.
c. Completed Projects: There are no refunds for projects that are completed and delivered to the customer. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, so in case of any problems with the delivered project, we will make the necessary corrections free of charge.
3. Subscription Based Services
For subscription-based services that require continuity, such as social media management and digital marketing, service cancellation will be effective from the next billing period. No refunds will be given for pre-paid periods.
4. Service Satisfaction
We aim to provide the best service to our customers. If you experience any dissatisfaction with our services, please let us know. Your complaint will be investigated and, if deemed appropriate, necessary steps will be taken to resolve the issue.
5. Special Cases
In some special cases and projects, our refund and return policy may be flexible. In such cases, a mutual agreement can be reached in line with the negotiations with the customer.
